Terms of Service
Please take a few minutes to read through these policies before ordering my services.
While I reserve the right to refuse any revision requests, I do honor them in most every situation. If you would like to request changes after receiving the content I have written, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For simplicity’s sake, please take the time to compile all of your requested changes in a single email to minimize the back-and-forth. This enables me to get the perfected content back to you in the shortest amount of time.
Please Note: If your requests contradict the original brief, require extensive rewriting, and/or cause the length of the content to exceed the word count you have paid for, I will inform you of such and additional payment may be necessary to complete your requests.
Due to the nature of my services, the only instance where clients are able to receive a refund is in the event that I do not send them the content they ordered by the due date specified. The exact due date for a client’s order will be specified in an email to them after I receive full payment and all necessary order details.
In the event that a client does not pay for content that I have written for them under any circumstances, I will retain full copyright to the work and the client will not be allowed to use, publish, or share that content in any form. When a client does not pay for content that they have requested, I reserve the right to resell and/or repurpose that content for future clients and publications. This includes any instances of chargebacks or other means by which a client receives a refund for the services I provide.
